The price for a design is a set price determined on a project-by-project basis after the initial consultation at your site. It is dependent on the size of the project as well as the complexity.
Initial Consultation: Complimentary
Below is a chart that may help you determine the range of your design cost:
The main floor (first floor) of your house is:
………… < 30′ wide – front foundation from $250 / master plan from $600
………… 30 – 70′ wide – front foundation from $400 / master plan from $900
………… 70 – 110′ wide – front foundation from $700 / master plan from $1,500
Payment schedule will be the following:
………… 50% of cost due at end of Initial Consultation
………… 50% of cost due at end of Master Plan review (before revisions)
